We want your Dhaani Touch products to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details as soon as your order is confirmed.
Delivery Timeframes
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
- A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies on orders below ₹499
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select pin codes across India. This option will appear at checkout if it is available for your location.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@dhaanitouch.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will resolve the issue promptly by arranging a replacement or refund.
