Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your Dhaani Touch purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Returned with the original invoice or order confirmation
- Not damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Products damaged due to customer negligence
- Items purchased during final sale events
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@dhaanitouch.in with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:
- Online payments (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking): Refund processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- COD orders: Refund issued as store credit or NEFT transfer within 7–10 business days
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please email us at support@dhaanitouch.in with photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
