Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your Dhaani Touch purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Returned with the original invoice or order confirmation
  • Not damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Products damaged due to customer negligence
  • Items purchased during final sale events

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@dhaanitouch.in with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Online payments (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking): Refund processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
  • COD orders: Refund issued as store credit or NEFT transfer within 7–10 business days

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please email us at support@dhaanitouch.in with photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
