Are Dhaani Touch products suitable for all skin types?

Yes! Our products are formulated to work across skin types. Our Vitamin C Serum and Korean Glass Toner are especially well-suited for oily, combination, and normal skin. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before full application.

Are your products free from harmful chemicals?

Our products are free from parabens, sulfates, and artificial dyes. We focus on clean formulas that combine active ingredients with natural botanicals. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page.

Can I use the Vitamin C Serum every day?

Yes, our Vitamin C Serum 10% is designed for daily use. Apply it every morning after cleansing and toning, and before moisturiser. Always follow with SPF during the day, as Vitamin C can increase sun sensitivity.

Is the Heat Protection Mist safe for all hair types?

Absolutely. The Heat Protection Mist is suitable for straight, wavy, curly, and coily hair. It works on both natural and chemically treated hair. Apply to damp hair before heat styling for best results.

How long does one bottle last?

With regular daily use: Hair mists typically last 45–60 days. Serums last 60–90 days depending on usage. Toners last 60–75 days.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days. Remote areas: up to 10 business days.

Is there free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. A flat fee of ₹49 applies on smaller orders.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available on select pin codes. The option will appear at checkout if available for your location.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unused, unopened products. Please email support@dhaanitouch.in with your order number to initiate a return.

What if I received a damaged product?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@dhaanitouch.in within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (on eligible pin codes).

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by emailing support@dhaanitouch.in. Once dispatched, we're unable to cancel, but you can return the product once delivered.

I haven't received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, email us at support@dhaanitouch.in with your name and mobile number and we'll help you right away.
